A healthcare professional renewing training and a business organizing a group class do not start with the same needs. One Life Source CPR required a website that would help visitors identify the relevant course and understand how to arrange an appointment. Clear course choices and direct instructor contact were more useful than an elaborate booking interface that implied a confirmed class before the instructor had reviewed the request.

DelPuma built a focused training website with distinct paths for BLS, CPR/AED and first aid, and workplace or group training. Instructor information, course questions and appointment guidance support those choices. The inquiry form prepares a message in the visitor’s email application so it can be reviewed and sent directly; it does not present itself as a server-backed reservation. Phone and email options remain visible for people who need help selecting the appropriate training.
