The challenge

What needed to change

A business networking chapter serves people looking for a professional as well as business owners considering membership. BNI Summit needed a public experience that could support both journeys. Visitors should be able to explore members and services, understand the chapter’s meeting format and find a clear next step toward visiting. The structure also needed room for chapter updates, events and returning-member access.

The solution

What DelPuma built

DelPuma created a chapter website with member discovery, business-category links, local community context and pages for meetings and membership inquiries. Events, blog and gallery navigation support ongoing chapter communication, while member sign-in is kept distinct from public browsing. The resulting information architecture connects local professional discovery with the visitor journey instead of treating the website solely as a meeting announcement. The directory gives residents a way to discover local professionals, while the visitor pages explain how to connect with the chapter.

Delivered

Build something like this

What is AI integration?

AI integration connects artificial intelligence capabilities to existing business systems and workflows to automate work, surface useful information, and improve customer or employee experiences.

How much does AI consulting cost?

Pricing depends on the problem, scope, integrations, data, security requirements, and level of ongoing support. Delpuma scopes the work after discovery rather than using a one-size-fits-all price.

How does Delpuma measure AI project results?

Delpuma establishes a baseline and agreed business KPIs during discovery, then tracks verified changes such as time saved, delivery progress, support outcomes, leads, conversion, or operating cost when those data sources are connected.

Does Delpuma serve businesses outside Florida?

Yes. Delpuma is based in Central Florida and can work with businesses nationwide using remote consulting, development, and implementation workflows.
