Capabilities
What we deliver.
A clear, honest welcome
Plan a warm greeting that identifies the receptionist as AI, understands why the caller is reaching out, and offers a person when that is the right next step.
Human handoff and hours
Map business hours, transfer destinations, after-hours behavior, and what should happen when a person is unavailable. A destination is not ready until its route is tested.
Your number and provider
Review keeping, forwarding, porting, or getting a number. Provider support and the complete route must be confirmed before service changes.
Caller details and follow-up
Decide what information is necessary, which staff can review it, and how the team will follow up. Retention and deletion rules are part of setup.
Calendar and voicemail checks
Treat each integration separately. An open time is not a confirmed booking; voicemail is not ready until secure storage, access, retention, notice, and playback are verified.
SMS as a separate service
Texting depends on number eligibility and provider approval. It stays separate from voice until consent, opt-out, and delivery checks pass.
Our Process
A guided path, with proof before forwarding.
Map the calls
Identify departments, common reasons for calling, business hours, urgent cases, spam rules, and who should take over.
Review number options
Compare keeping, forwarding, porting, or requesting a number, then confirm the provider supports the route before changing service.
Prepare and test
Set the approved greeting and routing plan. Verify the real transfer and fallback; test calendar, voicemail, and SMS separately when included.
Approve the launch
Review which capabilities passed and which remain off. Public forwarding starts only after the agreed acceptance checks pass.

We review the current provider, forwarding and porting options, and the test plan with you. Keep your existing service until any move is complete and the new route passes the agreed call checks.
