The challenge

What needed to change

Residents need a predictable place to find association documents, updates and the next step for common requests. A volunteer-led community also needs to distinguish public information from tasks that begin with resident sign-in. For Pineloch HOA in Clermont, the design challenge was to organize those needs around everyday resident actions rather than make homeowners navigate a collection of unrelated announcements.

The solution

What DelPuma built

DelPuma created a community hub with prominent routes to documents, architectural review requests, dues-payment access and board contact. Community notices sit alongside recurring resident tasks, and sign-in and account-registration links provide a distinct entry into the resident area. The public page explains the neighborhood and helps residents find the relevant service. Grouping these tasks in one place gives residents a consistent starting point for both public information and services that require an account.

Build something like this

What is AI integration?

AI integration connects artificial intelligence capabilities to existing business systems and workflows to automate work, surface useful information, and improve customer or employee experiences.

How much does AI consulting cost?

Pricing depends on the problem, scope, integrations, data, security requirements, and level of ongoing support. Delpuma scopes the work after discovery rather than using a one-size-fits-all price.

How does Delpuma measure AI project results?

Delpuma establishes a baseline and agreed business KPIs during discovery, then tracks verified changes such as time saved, delivery progress, support outcomes, leads, conversion, or operating cost when those data sources are connected.

Does Delpuma serve businesses outside Florida?

Yes. Delpuma is based in Central Florida and can work with businesses nationwide using remote consulting, development, and implementation workflows.
